Ingredients (2–3 servings):
2 large eggs
1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella works best)
2 tbsp cream cheese
Pinch of salt
Optional: garlic powder, herbs, or black pepper
Instructions:
In a bowl, beat the eggs until smooth.
Add shredded cheese and cream cheese. Mix well (it’ll be thick).
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it.
Pour the mixture into the pan and spread it like a pancake.
Cook for about 3–4 minutes until the bottom is golden.
Flip carefully and cook another 2–3 minutes.
Remove, slice, and enjoy!
Tips:
For a crispier texture, cook a bit longer on low heat.
You can use it as a wrap or base for toppings.
Add cooked chicken or herbs for more flavor.
