🥛 Sugar-Free Condensed Milk (3 Ingredients)
Ingredients:
2 cups milk (whole milk works best, but you can use low-fat)
3–4 tbsp sweetener (like stevia, erythritol, or monk fruit—adjust to taste)
2 tbsp butter (adds richness)
👩🍳 Instructions:
Heat the milk
Pour the milk into a saucepan and place over medium heat.
Simmer gently
Let it simmer (not boil hard), stirring occasionally. Allow it to reduce by about half. This takes around 25–35 minutes.
Add sweetener & butter
Stir in your sweetener and butter until fully dissolved and smooth.
Thicken
Continue cooking a few more minutes until it reaches a thick, creamy consistency (similar to condensed milk).
Cool down
Remove from heat. It will thicken more as it cools.
✅ Tips:
Stir frequently near the end to avoid burning.
Adjust sweetness depending on the sweetener used.
Store in the fridge for up to 1 week in a sealed jar.
