🥘 Creamy Baked Chicken & Potatoes
Ingredients:
4 chicken thighs or breasts
4 medium potatoes (sliced thin)
1 cup cream (or milk for lighter option)
1 onion (chopped)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 cup shredded cheese (optional but recommended)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp olive oil or butter
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Prepare potatoes: Slice them thin and layer in a greased baking dish.
Add onion & garlic over the potatoes.
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika, then place on top.
Pour cream evenly over everything.
Drizzle oil or add small butter pieces on top.
Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes.
Remove foil, sprinkle cheese, and bake another 15–20 minutes until golden.
