🥔 Hearty 3-Ingredient Potato & Onion Skillet
Ingredients:
4–5 large potatoes (peeled and sliced or cubed)
1 large onion (sliced)
2–3 tablespoons oil or butter
Instructions:
Heat the pan
Add the oil or butter to a large skillet over medium heat.
Cook the onions
Toss in the sliced onions and cook until soft and slightly golden (about 5–7 minutes). This builds that rich aroma.
Add potatoes
Add the potatoes, stir to coat in the oil and onions.
Cover and cook
Cover the skillet and cook on low–medium heat for 20–30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender.
Crisp them up (optional but recommended)
Remove the lid for the last 5–10 minutes and let the potatoes brown slightly for extra flavor.

Garlic
Paprika or herbs
