🥓 3-Ingredient Bacon Crackers
Ingredients:
1 sleeve buttery crackers (like Ritz)
~200–250 g bacon (cut into small pieces)
½ cup brown sugar
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
Arrange the crackers in a single layer.
Top each cracker with a small piece of bacon.
Sprinkle a pinch of brown sugar over each one.
Bake for 18–25 minutes, until the bacon is crispy and the sugar is caramelized.
Let them cool slightly—they’ll crisp up even more as they set.
Tips:
Use thin-cut bacon so it crisps nicely.
Add a tiny pinch of black pepper or chili flakes if you want a sweet-spicy twist.
