4 chicken breasts (or thighs)
Salt & black pepper (to taste)
1 tsp paprika
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
4โ5 garlic cloves (minced)
1 cup heavy cream (or cooking cream)
ยฝ cup chicken broth
ยฝ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning (or mixed herbs)
Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Season the chicken
Sprinkle salt, pepper, and paprika on both sides.
Sear until golden
Heat butter + olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Cook chicken 5โ6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
Remove and set aside.
Make the sauce
In the same pan, add garlic and sautรฉ for about 1 minute.
Pour in chicken broth and let it simmer for 2โ3 minutes.
Add creaminess
Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning.
Let it simmer until the sauce thickens.
Bring it together
Return the chicken to the pan and coat with the sauce.
Simmer for 5 more minutes so flavors blend.
Serve
Sprinkle with parsley and serve hot.
