Slow Cooker Creamy Ranch Chicken
A cozy, creamy slow-cooker chicken dish that’s perfect over rice, mashed potatoes, or noodles.
Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup chicken broth
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Optional: chopped parsley or green onions for garnish
Instructions
Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
In a bowl, whisk together:
ranch seasoning
cream of chicken soup
chicken broth
cream cheese
garlic powder
pepper
Pour the mixture over the chicken.
Cover and cook:
Low: 6–7 hours
High: 3–4 hours
Once tender, shred the chicken with two forks and stir back into the creamy sauce.
Serve hot over rice, egg noodles, or mashed potatoes.
