Zero-Carb Cheese & Egg Cloud Bites
These fluffy, savory bites are quick, filling, and naturally very low in carbs — no flour needed.
Ingredients
4 large eggs
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Pinch of salt
Optional: chopped parsley or chives
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Separate the eggs into two bowls.
Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
In the other bowl, mix egg yolks, mozzarella, cream cheese, garlic powder, seasoning, and salt.
Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the cheese mixture until combined.
Spoon small mounds onto the tray.
Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and puffed.
Sprinkle with parsley or chives if desired.
