🛒 Ingredients
300–400 g cooked shrimp (peeled & deveined)
1 large cucumber (sliced thin or diced)
2–3 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp plain yogurt (or sour cream)
1 tsp lemon juice
1 small garlic clove (minced)
1 tbsp fresh dill or parsley (optional but great)
Salt & black pepper to taste
Optional: pinch of chili flakes or paprika for a kick

Prepare the cucumber
Slice or dice the cucumber.
Lightly sprinkle with salt and let sit 5–10 minutes.
Drain excess water (this keeps the salad from getting watery).
Make the creamy dressing
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Add dill or parsley if using.
Combine everything
Add shrimp and cucumber to the dressing.
Toss gently until well coated.
Chill (recommended)
Refrigerate for 15–30 minutes for better flavor.
