Ingredients
2½–3 lb chuck roast
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 packet brown gravy mix
1 cup bottled Italian dressing
Optional: potatoes, carrots, or onions for serving
Instructions
Place the chuck roast into the slow cooker.
Sprinkle the ranch seasoning and brown gravy mix evenly over the roast.
Pour the Italian dressing over everything.
Cover and cook:
Low: 8–9 hours
High: 5–6 hours
Once tender, shred or slice the beef and spoon the juices over the top.
