Creamy Slow Cooker Chicken Bake
A rich, cozy slow cooker dinner with tender chicken in a creamy savory sauce.
Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Optional: chopped parsley or green onions for garnish
Instructions
Place the raw chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
In a bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and ranch seasoning until smooth.
Pour the mixture over the chicken.
Cover and cook:
LOW for 6–7 hours, or
HIGH for 3–4 hours
About 15 minutes before serving, sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top and cover until melted.
Serve warm over mashed potatoes, rice, or buttered noodles.
