These easy party bites are creamy, savory, and perfect for baby showers, brunches, or holiday trays.
Ingredients
1 lb breakfast sausage
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup baking mix (like Bisquick)
4 oz cream cheese, softened
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook the sausage until browned. Drain excess grease.
In a large bowl, mix cooked sausage, cheddar cheese, baking mix, and cream cheese until fully combined.
Roll mixture into small balls (about 1 inch).
Place on a lined baking sheet.
Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
