47g Protein Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
3 large eggs
150 g cottage cheese
120 g cooked turkey sausage or chicken sausage, sliced
1 small potato, diced
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 avocado, sliced
Salt and black pepper
Optional: chili flakes, green onions, hot sauce
Instructions
Dice the potato and cook in a skillet with olive oil until crispy and golden.
Add the sliced sausage and cook for 2–3 minutes.
Scramble the eggs in the same pan.
Add cottage cheese to a bowl.
Top with potatoes, sausage, scrambled eggs, and avocado.
Finish with salt, pepper, and any toppings you like.

Turkey sausage: 11g
Total: about 47g protein
Optional Upgrades
Add spinach or peppers while cooking.
Swap potatoes for sweet potatoes.
Add shredded cheese for extra flavor.
