🧀 Cheesy Egg & Chicken Bake (Low Carb)
Ingredients:
3–4 eggs
1 cup cooked shredded chicken (or tuna if you prefer)
2–3 tbsp cream cheese (optional but makes it creamy)
½ cup grated cheese (cheddar or any melting cheese)
Salt & pepper
Optional: garlic powder, paprika, chopped parsley
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a bowl, whisk eggs with salt, pepper, and spices.
Mix in chicken + cream cheese + half the shredded cheese.
Pour into a small baking dish.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Bake for 20–25 minutes until set and golden.
Result:
Soft, cheesy, high-protein, very low in carbs, and actually keeps you full (not “infinite eating,” but satisfying).
