Crispy Baked Cauliflower
Ingredients
1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
3 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup breadcrumbs (panko works best)
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Garlic aioli
Spicy mayo
Instructions
Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Pat cauliflower florets dry so they crisp up better.
In a large bowl, toss cauliflower with olive oil.
In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Coat the cauliflower evenly in the breadcrumb mixture.
Spread florets in a single layer on the tray.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Garnish with parsley and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Extra Crispy Tip
For even more crunch, broil for the last 2–3 minutes — just keep an eye on them so they don’t burn.
