Ingredients
3 apples
3 eggs
1 glass milk (about 250 ml)
1 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp melted butter or oil
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
Pinch of salt
Cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a baking dish or cake pan.
Peel and thinly slice the apples.
In a bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until light.
Add milk, butter, and vanilla. Mix well.
Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt until smooth.
Fold in the apple slices.
Pour batter into the pan and spread evenly.
Sprinkle cinnamon on top if desired.
Bake for 35–45 minutes until golden and set.
Let cool slightly before slicing.
