Fluffy Cream Dessert
Ingredients
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup mini marshmallows
1/2 cup shredded coconut (optional)
Fresh fruit or graham cracker crumbs for topping
Instructions
In a large bowl, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
In another bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, pudding mix, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Fold the pudding mixture gently into the whipped cream.
Add the crushed pineapple, marshmallows, and coconut if using. Stir gently to combine.
Spoon into serving cups or a glass dish.
Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
Top with fruit, coconut, or graham cracker crumbs if desired.
Optional Variations
Add crushed cookies for crunch
Mix in strawberries or peaches
Use chocolate pudding instead of vanilla for a chocolate version
