Juicy Creamy Chicken Dinner (Restaurant-Style)

Ingredients
4 boneless chicken breasts (or thighs)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
2 tbsp olive oil or butter

3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 3–4 minutes per side until golden.
In the same pan, sauté garlic for 30 seconds. Add cream, chicken broth, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Stir until smooth.
Place chicken in a baking dish and pour sauce over it. Sprinkle mozzarella on top.
Bake for 20–25 minutes until chicken is fully cooked and bubbly.
Spoon extra sauce over the chicken before serving.
