Tortilla Wraps with Ground Beef

Tortilla Wraps with Ground Beef
Ingredients
1 lb (450 g) ground beef
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 packet taco seasoning (or 2 tbsp homemade taco seasoning)
1/3 cup water
6 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 tomato, diced
1/2 cup sour cream
Optional: sliced jalapeños, salsa, avocado, hot sauce
Instructions
Cook the beef
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onion until the beef is browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease if needed.
Season it
Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 3–5 minutes until thickened.
Warm tortillas
Heat tortillas briefly in a dry skillet or microwave so they’re soft and easy to fold.
Assemble wraps
Spoon beef mixture into the center of each tortilla. Add cheese, lettuce, tomato, sour cream, and any extras you like.
Fold & toast (optional but delicious)
Fold in the sides, then roll tightly. Place seam-side down in a skillet for 1–2 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
