Garlic Broccoli Mushroom Stir Fry
Ingredients
2 cups broccoli florets
2 cups mushrooms, sliced
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp olive oil or sesame oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)
1 tsp honey or brown sugar
1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
Salt and black pepper to taste
Red pepper flakes (optional)
Sesame seeds or green onions for garnish
Instructions
Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add broccoli and cook for 3–4 minutes, stirring often.
Toss in mushrooms and cook until softened, about 4–5 minutes.
Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and honey.
Pour in the cornstarch slurry and stir until the sauce thickens and coats the vegetables.
Season with pepper and optional red pepper flakes.
Garnish with sesame seeds or chopped green onions.
Serving Ideas
Serve over rice or noodles.
Add chicken, shrimp, or tofu for extra protein.
