Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
1 cup mayonnaise (or half mayo, half plain yogurt)
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
Optional for serving (not counted):
Chopped parsley
Roasted spring vegetables
Rice, potatoes, or crusty bread
Instructions
Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
Lightly grease a baking dish.
Arrange chicken in a single layer.
Mix together mayo + Parmesan + garlic powder until creamy.
Spread the mixture evenly over the chicken.
Bake for 35–45 minutes, until cooked through and golden on top.
Broil for 2–3 minutes at the end if you want extra color.
To make it extra tender
Let the chicken rest 5 minutes before serving.
Spoon some of the pan juices over the top.
