Air-Fried Crispy Cauliflower recipe 🥦✨
Ingredients:
1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets
1 cup (120 g) all-purpose flour
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
¾ cup (180 ml) milk (any kind)
1 cup (100 g) breadcrumbs (panko for extra crunch)
Cooking spray or a little oil
Optional sauce:
2 tbsp hot sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp melted butter
Instructions:
Preheat air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
In one bowl mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and milk until smooth.
Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter.
Coat with breadcrumbs until fully covered.
Arrange in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Lightly spray with oil.
Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crispy.
For spicy-sweet cauliflower, toss with the optional sauce and air fry 2 more minutes.
Serve with: ranch, garlic yogurt dip, spicy mayo, or sweet chili sauce.
