3-Ingredient Potato & Onion Skillet
Ingredients
4 medium potatoes, sliced thin
1 large onion, sliced
2–3 tbsp oil, butter, or rendered fat
Salt & pepper (optional but recommended)
Instructions
Peel potatoes if preferred and slice thinly.
Heat oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add onions and cook 3–5 minutes until softened.
Add potatoes, season lightly.
Cover and cook about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Uncover and continue cooking until potatoes are tender and golden with crispy edges.
Optional extras: paprika, garlic, fresh herbs, or a fried egg on top.
