Marinated Mozzarella Balls, Artichokes and Olives
Ingredients:
200 g fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini)
150 g marinated artichoke hearts, quartered
100 g mixed olives (green and black)
3 tablespoons olive oil (45 ml)
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (15 ml)
1 garlic clove, minced (3 g)
1 teaspoon dried oregano (2 g)
1 teaspoon chili flakes (optional, 1 g)
Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, oregano, and chili flakes. Season with salt and pepper.
Add the mozzarella balls, artichokes, and olives. Toss gently to coat evenly in the marinade.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Garnish with fresh basil before serving as part of an antipasto platter or appetizer.
