π« Lazy No-Bake Chocolate Biscuit Dessert

Ingredients
200 g plain biscuits (tea biscuits, digestive, or Maria)
100 g butter
Β½ cup sugar
Β½ cup milk
3 tbsp cocoa powder
Β½ tsp vanilla (optional)
Optional add-ins: chopped nuts, coconut, raisins

Break the biscuits into small chunks (donβt crush into powder).
In a pan, melt butter on low heat.
Add sugar + milk + cocoa, stir until smooth and glossy.
Remove from heat, add vanilla if using.
Pour the chocolate mixture over the biscuits. Mix well.
Press the mixture into a dish or roll it into a log using plastic wrap.
Refrigerate 1β2 hours until firm.
Slice and enjoy π
