Easy One-Pan Garlic Chicken (Beginner-Proof π)
Youβll need:
2β3 chicken breasts (or thighs)
2 tbsp oil or butter
3 garlic cloves (minced or crushed)
Salt & black pepper
Paprika (optional but good)
Italian seasoning or dried herbs (optional)
How to make it:
Season the chicken
Sprinkle both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, and herbs. Donβt overthink it.
Heat the pan
Put a pan on medium heat. Add oil or butter and let it get hot.
Cook the chicken
Add chicken to the pan.
Cook 5β6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
Add garlic
Lower heat, add garlic, and stir around the chicken for 30 seconds (donβt burn it!).
Done!
Turn off heat. Let it rest 2 minutes, then serve.
