🛒 Ingredients
1 lb (450g) ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup cream cheese (softened)
1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (or biscuit dough flattened)
1 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)

Cook the Beef
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onion until browned.
Add garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Drain excess grease and let cool slightly.
Make the Filling
Stir cream cheese into the warm beef mixture.
Mix in mozzarella and cheddar until creamy and combined.
Prepare the Dough
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Roll out crescent dough and separate into rectangles (pinch seams together if needed).
Fill & Fold
Spoon beef mixture into the center of each piece.
Fold dough over filling and pinch edges tightly to seal.
Bake
Place seam-side down on a lined baking sheet.
Brush tops with melted butter.
Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown.
Finish
Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Let cool 5 minutes before serving (the cheese will be very hot!).
