Tulsi (Holy Basil) Herbal Tea
Ingredients:
8–10 fresh Holy basil (tulsi) leaves
(or 1 teaspoon dried tulsi)
1 cup water
Optional: honey or lemon (for taste)
Method:
Wash the tulsi leaves well.
Boil 1 cup of water.
Add the leaves and let them simmer for 5–7 minutes.
Turn off heat, cover, and steep 2 more minutes.
Strain into a cup. Add honey or lemon if you like.
How to drink:
1 cup per day is enough
Best time: morning or evening
Drink warm 🌿
