🥞 Fluffy Pancakes (Beginner-Friendly)
Ingredients (makes ~6–8 pancakes)
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg
3/4 cup milk
1 tbsp oil or melted butter
Optional: vanilla extract, chocolate chips, or banana slices 🍌
Steps
Mix dry stuff: In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Add wet stuff: Crack in the egg, add milk + oil. Mix till smooth (small lumps = okay!).
Heat the pan: Medium heat, lightly oil the pan.
Cook: Pour small circles of batter. When bubbles show on top, flip.
Finish: Cook the other side till golden. Stack ‘em up and enjoy!
