One-Pot Garlic-Butter Chicken & Broccoli

You’ll Need
Frozen chicken pieces
Frozen broccoli
Pantry Staple #1: Butter (or oil)
Pantry Staple #2: Garlic powder
Salt & pepper (optional, but highly recommended)
How to Make It
Heat the pot
Add 1–2 tbsp butter (or oil) to a pot or deep pan over medium heat.
Dump & cook chicken
Add frozen chicken straight in. Let it cook 5–7 minutes, stirring so it doesn’t stick.
Add broccoli
Toss in frozen broccoli. Stir and cover for 3–4 minutes so everything steams.
Season
Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
Finish cooking
Cook uncovered another 2–4 minutes until hot and lightly browned.

Splash of soy sauce or hot sauce
Lemon juice or vinegar to brighten
