🥔 Slow Cooker Italian Potatoes (3 Ingredients!)
This is one of those “dump and go” recipes that tastes like you worked way harder than you did. Just toss everything in the slow cooker and let it do the magic!
🛒 Ingredients (Only 3!)
2 lbs baby potatoes (or Yukon Gold, cut into chunks)
1 cup bottled Italian dressing
1 packet dry ranch seasoning mix
(Optional: chopped parsley or grated Parmesan for serving)
👩🍳 Instructions
Prep the potatoes
Wash and halve large baby potatoes so they cook evenly.
Dump & mix
Add potatoes to the slow cooker.
Pour the Italian dressing over them.
Sprinkle the dry ranch seasoning on top.
Toss gently to coat.
Cook
LOW for 4–5 hours
or HIGH for 2–3 hours
Until fork-tender.
Finish & serve
Stir gently before serving. Sprinkle with parsley or Parmesan if desired.
💡 Tips
Want crispy edges? Spread cooked potatoes on a baking sheet and broil for 5–7 minutes.
Add sliced sausage or chicken for a full meal.
For extra richness, stir in 2 tablespoons butter at the end.
