Crockpot Lil Smokies, Potatoes & Green Beans π₯ππ«
An easy dump-and-go slow cooker meal thatβs hearty, flavorful, and perfect for busy days!
π Ingredients
2 (14 oz) packages Lil Smokies (or sliced smoked sausage)
1 Β½ lbs baby potatoes (halved if large)
1 lb fresh green beans (trimmed)
3 tablespoons butter (sliced)
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 small onion (optional, sliced)
1 teaspoon salt
Β½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Β½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
Β½ cup chicken broth

Layer the ingredients
Add potatoes to the bottom of the crockpot.
Top with green beans, then Lil Smokies.
Season
Sprinkle salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning over everything.
Add garlic and onion (if using).
Add butter & broth
Place butter slices on top.
Pour chicken broth around the sides (not directly over the seasoning).
Cook
LOW for 6β7 hours
HIGH for 3β4 hours
Potatoes should be fork-tender.
Stir & serve
Gently stir before serving to coat everything in the buttery juices.

A pinch of red pepper flakes for heat
Shredded parmesan before serving
A splash of Worcestershire sauce for deeper flavor
