Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Bake
Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 cup shredded mozzarella (optional but amazing)
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Lightly grease a baking dish.
Season the chicken on both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
Place into the baking dish in a single layer.
Make the creamy mixture
In a bowl, combine heavy cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and minced garlic. Mix until smooth and well blended.
Pour over chicken
Spread the mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
Add mozzarella (optional)
Sprinkle on top for an extra golden, bubbly finish.
Bake uncovered for 35–45 minutes, or until the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) internally and the top is golden and bubbly.
Rest & garnish
Let rest 5 minutes, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve.

Warm crusty bread (to soak up that sauce!)
