🛒 Ingredients
For the filling:
1 lb (450g) ground beef or Italian sausage
½ cup diced onion
½ cup diced bell pepper (optional)
1 cup cooked bacon pieces (optional but amazing)
1 cup pepperoni slices
1½–2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup pizza sauce (plus more for dipping)
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
For the bread:
1 tube refrigerated pizza dough (or homemade dough)
1 egg (for egg wash)
1 tbsp melted butter
½ tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp grated Parmesan

Cook the filling
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef/sausage with onion and bell pepper until browned. Drain excess grease.
Stir in Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Let cool slightly.
Roll out the dough
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Roll pizza dough into a large rectangle on parchment paper.
Layer it up
Spread pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border.
Add cooked meat mixture, bacon, pepperoni, and cheeses evenly over top.
Roll & seal
Roll it up tightly like a jelly roll (long side).
Pinch edges closed and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
