Potluck Secret Weapon: Creamy Crack Chicken Dip

🥘 Potluck Secret Weapon: Creamy Crack Chicken Dip
This is the dish that disappears first at every potluck. Creamy, cheesy, packed with flavor — and ridiculously easy to make.
🛒 Ingredients
2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie works great!)
8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup cooked bacon, crumbled
2 green onions, sliced
Optional: pinch of garlic powder or red pepper flakes
👩‍🍳 Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning until smooth.
Stir in shredded chicken, 1 cup cheddar cheese, and most of the bacon.
Spread into a greased baking dish.
Top with remaining cheddar and bacon.
Bake 20–25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
Sprinkle green onions on top before serving.
🍽 Serve With:
Tortilla chips
Crackers
Toasted baguette slices
Celery or carrot sticks
💡 Make-Ahead Tip
Assemble it the night before, refrigerate, and bake right before the potluck. It travels well and stays creamy!
If you’d like, I can also give you a slow cooker version (perfect for keeping warm during the party).
