🛒 Ingredients
4 large chicken breasts
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup cream cheese (softened)

Prepare the chicken
Slice each chicken breast horizontally to make it thinner.
Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
Make the filling
In a bowl mix: mozzarella, cream cheese, and minced garlic.
Stuff and roll
Spread the cheese mixture on each chicken piece.
Roll the chicken tightly and secure with toothpicks if needed.
Sear the rolls
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
