Slow Cooker Onion Soup Pork Chops

Slow Cooker Onion Soup Pork Chops
A super easy comfort meal made with just 4 ingredients. The pork chops cook slowly in a creamy onion gravy until they become tender and full of flavor.
Ingredients
4 boneless or bone-in pork chops
1 packet onion soup mix
1 can (10.5 oz / 300 g) cream of mushroom soup
½ cup milk (or water)
Instructions
Prepare the slow cooker
Lightly grease the slow cooker or spray with cooking spray.
Add the pork chops
Place the pork chops in a single layer in the slow cooker.
Mix the sauce
In a bowl, whisk together the cream of mushroom soup and milk until smooth.
Assemble
Pour the soup mixture over the pork chops.
Sprinkle the onion soup mix evenly on top.
Cook
Low: 6–7 hours
High: 3–4 hours
The pork chops should be tender and the gravy rich and savory.
Serve With
Mashed potatoes
Rice
Egg noodles
Steamed vegetables
Optional Add-Ins
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 sliced onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
This dish is perfect for a set-it-and-forget-it dinner and the onion gravy tastes amazing over potatoes.
If you want, I can also show you a 3-ingredient version of these pork chops (even easier and very popular). 😋
