🥘 Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
1 cup uncooked white rice
2 cups chicken broth
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup milk
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
Optional: ½ cup frozen peas or corn
👩‍🍳 Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a large bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Stir in uncooked rice, chicken broth, and cooked chicken.
Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
Cover with foil and bake 35 minutes.
Remove foil, sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
Bake another 10–15 minutes until the cheese melts and rice is tender.
