Slow Cooker Beef Patties & Mushrooms with Gravy ππ₯©
This easy crockpot dinner is rich, comforting, and perfect for busy days. The beef patties slowly cook in a savory mushroom gravy thatβs great served over mashed potatoes, rice, or egg noodles.
Ingredients
1Β½ lbs ground beef
1 packet brown gravy mix
1 packet onion soup mix
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 cup beef broth
1Β½ cups sliced mushrooms (fresh or canned)
Β½ tsp black pepper
Optional: 1 small onion, sliced
Instructions
Form the patties
Shape the ground beef into 4β6 hamburger-style patties. Season lightly with pepper.
Layer in the slow cooker
Place the patties in the bottom of the crockpot. Add the sliced mushrooms (and onions if using) on top.
Make the gravy
In a bowl, whisk together:
brown gravy mix
onion soup mix
cream of mushroom soup
beef broth
Pour over the beef
Pour the gravy mixture over the patties and mushrooms.

Low: 6β7 hours
High: 3β4 hours
Serve
