🥩 3-Ingredient Slow Cooker Beef
Ingredients
1½–2 lb beef stew meat (raw, cubed)
1 packet dry onion soup mix
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
Instructions
Add the beef
Place the raw cubed beef into the slow cooker.
Add the soups
Sprinkle the dry onion soup mix over the beef.
Pour the cream of mushroom soup on top.
Mix lightly
Stir just enough so the beef is coated.
Cook
Low: 6–8 hours
High: 3–4 hours
Serve
Stir well and serve over rice, mashed potatoes, noodles, or bread.
Optional (but tasty) additions
1 cup sliced mushrooms
½ cup beef broth (for more gravy)
1 chopped onion
