🧂 Ingredients
6–8 chicken thighs and/or drumsticks
1 packet onion soup mix
1 cup chicken broth (or water)
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt (optional)
1 tbsp olive oil
Optional: 1 tbsp honey or brown sugar for slight sweetness

Prepare the crockpot
Lightly grease the slow cooker with cooking spray or a little oil.
Season the chicken
Place chicken thighs and legs in the crockpot. Sprinkle onion soup mix, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper over the chicken.
Add liquid
Pour the chicken broth around the chicken. Drizzle olive oil (and honey if using) on top.
Cook
