Ginger Water (Simple & Healthy Drink) 🌿💧
Ginger water is a simple drink made by boiling fresh ginger in water. It’s refreshing, warming, and often enjoyed in the morning or throughout the day.
Ingredients
1–2 inches fresh ginger root
4 cups water
1–2 teaspoons honey (optional)
1–2 teaspoons lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
Wash and slice the ginger into thin pieces (no need to peel if it’s clean).
Boil the water in a small pot.
Add the ginger slices to the boiling water.
Simmer for 10–15 minutes so the ginger flavor infuses into the water.
Strain the liquid into a cup or jar.
Add honey or lemon if you like, then stir and enjoy.
How to Drink
Drink warm in the morning for a soothing start to the day.
You can also chill it in the fridge and drink it cold.
