🍊 Creamsicle Orange Fluff
A super easy, creamy, no-bake dessert that tastes just like an orange creamsicle. Perfect for potlucks, family desserts, or a quick sweet treat!
🧾 Ingredients
1 box (3 oz / 85 g) orange gelatin (Jell-O)
1 cup boiling water
½ cup cold water
1 container (8 oz / 225 g) whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
1 cup mini marshmallows
1 can (11 oz / 310 g) mandarin oranges, drained
½ cup vanilla yogurt (optional but makes it extra creamy)
👩🍳 Instructions
Dissolve the gelatin
In a bowl, mix the orange gelatin with 1 cup boiling water until fully dissolved.
Add cold water
Stir in ½ cup cold water and place the bowl in the refrigerator for about 20–30 minutes, until it slightly thickens (not fully set).
Mix the fluff
Gently fold in the whipped topping until smooth and fluffy.
Add the goodies
Fold in mini marshmallows, mandarin oranges, and vanilla yogurt if using.
Chill
Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until fully set and fluffy.
🍽️ Tips
Add crushed pineapple (drained) for extra tropical flavor.
Sprinkle shredded coconut on top for a fun twist.
