Creamy Chicken & Potato Bake
Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
½ cup sour cream
½ cup milk
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt and black pepper (to taste)
½ cup crushed crackers or breadcrumbs
2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a baking dish.
Cook potatoes in boiling water for about 8 minutes until slightly tender, then drain.
In a large bowl, mix soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Add chicken, potatoes, and cheese, and stir until coated.
Pour mixture into the baking dish.
Mix crushed crackers with melted butter and sprinkle on top.
Bake for 30–35 minutes until hot and golden on top.
