Parsley Detox Drink (Simple Recipe)
Ingredients
1 bunch fresh parsley
2 cups water
Juice of ½ lemon (optional)
1 teaspoon honey (optional)
Instructions
Wash the parsley very well under running water.
Boil 2 cups of water in a small pot.
Add the parsley leaves and stems to the boiling water.
Reduce heat and simmer for 5–10 minutes.
Turn off the heat and let it cool slightly.
Strain the liquid into a cup.
Add lemon juice and honey if desired.
Drink 1 cup in the morning, preferably on an empty stomach.
Tips
Best consumed fresh, not stored for long.
Drinking it 2–3 times per week is usually enough.
