A super easy sweet-and-savory chicken recipe that cooks itself in the slow cooker. Perfect for busy days!
Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
1 can (14 oz / 400 g) whole cranberry sauce
1 bottle (8 oz / 240 ml) French dressing (or Russian dressing)
Instructions
Place the chicken in the bottom of your slow cooker.
Pour cranberry sauce over the chicken.
Add the French dressing on top.
Stir slightly so the sauce coats the chicken.
Cover and cook:
Low: 5–6 hours
High: 3–4 hours
When done, the chicken will be tender. You can serve whole or shred it in the sauce.

1 tbsp soy sauce
