Lemon, Ginger & Honey Night Drink
Ingredients
1 cup warm water
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon honey
Optional: a pinch of cinnamon
Instructions
Heat the water until warm (not boiling).
Add the grated ginger and let it sit for 3–5 minutes.
Stir in the lemon juice and honey.
Mix well and drink 1 spoon or a few sips before bed.
