Light & Creamy Layered Dessert
Ingredients
Crust
1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
½ cup melted butter
2 tbsp sugar
Cream Layer
1 package (225 g) cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tub (200 g) whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
Pudding Layer
2 cups cold milk
1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
Top
Extra whipped topping
Chocolate shavings or crushed cookies (optional)
Instructions
Make the crust
Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar.
Press firmly into the bottom of a baking dish. Chill for 10–15 minutes.
Prepare the cream layer
Beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
Fold in half of the whipped topping.
Spread this mixture over the chilled crust.
Make the pudding layer
Whisk pudding mix with cold milk until thick (about 2 minutes).
Spread over the cream layer.
Add the topping
Spread the remaining whipped topping on top.
Chill
Refrigerate for 2–3 hours so it sets well.
Serve
Sprinkle chocolate shavings or crushed cookies on top, slice, and enjoy!
⭐ Tip: You can change the flavor by using chocolate, strawberry, or banana pudding instead of vanilla.
