🍀 4-Ingredient Tender Brisket (St. Patrick’s-Style)
This simple recipe makes super tender brisket that easily falls apart with a fork. It’s perfect for a cozy March celebration and only needs a few ingredients.
🛒 Ingredients (4)
1.5–2 kg beef brisket
1 packet onion soup mix
1 cup barbecue sauce
1 cup beef broth (or water)
👨🍳 Instructions
Preheat oven to 160°C (325°F).
Place the brisket in a baking dish or roasting pan.
Sprinkle the onion soup mix evenly over the meat.
Pour the barbecue sauce and beef broth over the brisket.
Cover the pan tightly with foil.
Bake for 3–4 hours, until the brisket becomes very tender and easy to shred with a fork.
Slice or shred and spoon some of the sauce from the pan over the top before serving.

Serve with mashed potatoes or roasted vegetables.
Great with bread to soak up the sauce.
