2 large eggs
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or cheddar)
1 tbsp cream cheese
Pinch of salt
Pinch of black pepper
Optional: chopped parsley or garlic powder

Beat the eggs in a bowl until smooth.
Add mozzarella and cream cheese and mix well.
